NAME THE STREET - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Name the Street - Terms and Conditions:

  1. The Promoter is Develop Training, part of the JTL Group, Derby Training Centre, Ascot Drive, Derby DE24 8GW (registered number 06115331).
  2. The competition is open to anyone aged 16 years or over who enters the Develop Training York Centre name promotion and is also open to all colleagues of the JTL Group. Families of colleagues, agents, or anyone else professionally associated with the competition are not eligible to enter.
  3. Entrants under 18 years of age must have the consent of a parent or guardian over 18 to enter the competition. Develop Training reserve the right to obtain proof of such consent and to refuse entry or to choose another winner if such proof, where requested, has not been given.
  4. No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.
  5. There is a limit of three entries per person.
  6. Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that you agree to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  7. To enter the competition, you must complete the entry via Survey Monkey and submit your name, company name (if applicable), address and email address and up to three street name suggestions.
  8. Entries must be received by midnight 28/02/2023. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries.
  9. Any entries that are deemed to be rude or offensive, will be removed from the competition.
  10. Suggested names should be relevant to a training provider business.
  11. There will be one main prize winner drawn chosen from a shortlist of all entries received during the entry period (09:00 on 12/01/2023 and 23.59 on 28/02/2023) and they will win one £500 Amazon Gift Card and be invited to attend the official launch of the York training facility, on a date to be confirmed.
  12. The winners will be notified by email within 14 days of the closing date of the competition.
  13. The prize as described will be dispatched within 20 days of the winner being notified.
  14. The winner must claim their prize from Develop Training within 30 days of the Promoter sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse, and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.
  15. The prize is non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the draw.
  16. The winner may be required to participate in publicity and agree to do so by entering the competition.
  17. By entering this competition, you can consent to receiving marketing emails as well as information about the competition. You will be able to unsubscribe from all emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link they contain.   18. Events may occur that render the competition itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
  19. These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
  20. By entering the competition each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
